Payments
We accept multiple forms of payment.
We are willing to do payment plans on geckos over $100 during shipping season. If desired, please present a payment plan to us and if we agree to it, you can begin making payments for your new gecko! All deposits and/or payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. Also, payment plans must be strictly adhered to or we reserve the right to revoke the agreement and keep all previous payments. Please be kind, always pay on-time! Additionally, reasonable time limits (30 days & under) will be determined and adhered to for all payment plans.
For WINTER/SUMMER HOLDS the purchase value must be $300 and up.
In general, we will hold geckos if the weather does not permit for shipping or if you are still in the process of paying for your gecko (all payment plans must occur in a reasonable time period). In this case, a NON-REFUNDABLE 25% deposit/down-payment must be made for the hold. In the unlikely event that something happens to your gecko (health-wise) during that time, we will give you a CREDIT for all money paid up until that point. Sorry no CASH refunds given for any reason! This does not include dropped tails as they do not effect health in any way.
DURING HOLDS: Regular communication (at least once every month unless otherwise specified) is required during this time. Lack of communication may result in a voiding of your sale. All other terms apply.
Gender is only guaranteed if we state it is a guaranteed male or female. Sometimes we make our best guess but we make that clear . Additionally, please remember that color development cannot be guaranteed however we always do our best to accurately represent a geckos appearance (this includes photos and descriptions).
Shipping & Health
In terms of shipping, we use Reptiles2You, FedEx (Priority Overnight Shipping). We only ship when temperatures are safe to do so and prefer not to use hot or cold packs unless absolutely necessary. We only ship directly to FedEx Shipping Centers (Hubs) unless other arrangements have been made (see below).
Appropriate shipping temperatures will be determined at our discretion. We generally ship when there is a low of 50 (or above) and a high in the low 80's. As stated earlier, we are happy to hold geckos until safe shipping temperatures are reached.
*If other arrangements are made per the buyers request such as shipping to a home instead of a FedEx hub or waiting until later in the afternoon to pickup from the hub, tgen the buyer may be responsible for any problems with shipping. We are not responsible for shipping errors on the part of the carrier. We will take responsibility if a problem occurs as a result of our shipping/packaging.
*You must pick up the gecko within 2 hours of hub opening or arrival of gecko. Upon Pickup YOU MUST contact Crested Mania right away (within 1 hour of pickup or delivery) and let us know of your gecko(s) safe arrival. Failing to do so will void your health guarantee.

We guarantee all geckos to be alive upon arrival. In the unfortunate event that a gecko arrives and is no longer alive, we must be contacted immediately (within 1 hour or less, no exceptions) and we will then give you instructions on what is to be done including, but not limited to taking pictures to be sent to us. Additionally, in order for a credit to be given, all guidelines must be strictly followed.
If you are having a problem with a gecko, please contact us as soon as the problem arises as we cannot help or offer suggestions once a gecko is deceased.
Once again, if deemed appropriate, refunds are never given, only credit. Sorry no exceptions!
Additional Information:
Whether you purchase a gecko online or at an expo it is Crested Mania's policy that All Sales Are Final and exchanges cannot be made at anytime.
Probable Females can not be guaranteed Female. Guaranteed Females will be marked as such.
Auctions:
Auction End Times: The last bid placed on or before the stated end-time, that is unchallenged for 5 full minutes wins! Bids must be in $5 increments or they will not count.
Payment must be made within 48 hours or winning (unless other arrangements are made). Please no retractions or refunds and all sales are final. Those who do will not be allowed to participate in future auctions!
Winner must e-mail CrestedMania@aol.com upon winning for details.
Shipping is through Reptiles2You via FedEx Overnight. Combined shipping available if needed! Local pickup available if applicable!
